These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the gmdan mobile application and website (the "Service"), operated by gmdan ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws.

2. Your Account & TikTok Login

  • Sign-in is provided exclusively through TikTok's official OAuth login. We never receive or store your TikTok password.
  • You authorize us to access the TikTok data you consent to (profile information, your videos and engagement statistics, and comments on your own videos) solely to provide the Service.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You may delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion removes your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. The Service

The Service provides, among other features:

  • Creator rankings — leaderboards computed from public engagement metrics of creators who have opted in;
  • Winner selection tools — a winner wheel, comment picker, and timer challenges using server-side verifiable randomness;
  • Competitions — weekly, monthly, and special events with prizes or badges.

Rankings are recalculated on a schedule and may not reflect real-time data. We may adjust scoring methodology, add or remove features, or suspend the Service for maintenance at any time.

4. Competitions, Draws & Prizes

  • Competition-specific rules are displayed on each competition page and form part of these Terms.
  • Winner draws use cryptographically secure random selection. Draw records (entry hashes, timestamps, and winners) are retained for verification.
  • Prizes offered by third-party hosts (creators or sponsors) are the sole responsibility of that host. gmdan is not liable for third-party prize fulfilment.
  • Giveaways run by creators through our tools are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by TikTok.

5. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • manipulate rankings or votes through bots, fake accounts, purchased engagement, or coordinated vote rings;
  • submit multiple entries where a single entry is allowed, or interfere with any draw or challenge;
  • scrape, reverse-engineer, or access the Service by automated means not provided by us;
  • upload unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or infringing content, or impersonate any person;
  • use the Service in violation of TikTok's Terms of Service.

We may remove content, exclude entries, adjust or remove fraudulent scores, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of content you create. TikTok is a trademark of its respective owner; gmdan is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by TikTok.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that rankings are error-free, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that any particular data from TikTok will remain available.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 6–8) will survive.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of gmdan is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
